Apothem 对比原生 Hermes 配置
手工维护 Hermes 配置，还是经由 Apothem 的共享 profile 来管理它。
Hermes 读取 ~/.hermes/config.yaml。Apothem 写入原生 YAML 配置（把 profile 的 MCP
清单投影到 auxiliary.mcp），并在 ~/.hermes/.apothem/support/skills/ 下安装共享的命令群和
技能群。Hermes 自己的 skills.config 是一个注册表包列表，因此 Apothem 不编写它。

预览。 Hermes 适配器面向当前已文档化的配置文件和技能发现面。非技能群仍属于 Apothem 支持材料。

Apothem 管理什么
Hermes 适配器写入 config.yaml，把 Apothem 斜杠命令封装为技能，把 Apothem 技能复制
进被引用的支持目录，并把规则、模板、agents 与 hook 材料保留在 Apothem 支持子树下。
迁移路径
- 如果尚未创建共享 profile，运行
apothem profile init。 - 把可复用的 Hermes 技能或命令提示词移入共享语料。
- 运行
apothem install --harness hermes以渲染原生配置和支持技能目录。 - 运行
apothem verify --harness hermes以确认配置已落地。
